Active Pandas!

I bought some panda corys last weekend as I wanted some bottom dwellers. However they haven't been doing much bottom dwelling! Especially when the light is on they tumble around and swim up to the top and shoot back down! Just wanted to check that this is normal?!

Pandas are nuts, mine do the same, i though there was something wrong with them!

Yep, i've got 6, totally nuts, zoom about almost for the hell of it.

If you really want to see them excited, some bloodworm will have them scouring the sand like demons for any missed scraps.

lol....my 6 are nutters too....up and down ...up and down...scooting about the place..
I saw them scoul together for the first time yesterday....very cute. The are only about an inch from nose to tip.
I put a whole cube of bloodworm in..... there were fins, tails and gaping mouths all over the tank....ALL the fish went nuts!!

I just added 3 Pandas to my 55 about a week ago. Love these little guys, and they are very active. The price of these at my local stores varies greatly. One store in Queens (NYC) sells them for $14 each where crosstown they are $5 each. They look exactly the same.

mine here in England were £5 each or £9 a pair...
