To Tropicallover: Don't apologize. You have done nothing wrong. You took wrong advice which we all have gotten from LFS. Every employee in every fish store has a different answer for the same question. Your best solution is to buy a good book on aquarium keeping. In fact, buy several different ones. As far as sounding weird, that's not your fault either. Just my opinion.
