Absolutly Gutted

omg thats terrible, my husband and I split up a few years ago, and I still wouldnt of done anything like that!!!!!

Sorry to hear about what she did.

as others are saying do it for the kids, im a kid from divorced parents, and my dad said some nasty things and im only allowed to see him for an hour a week supervised, and its awful, stay strong for your kids, as i can relate to how they are feeling

sorry to hear what happened ,i agree with inch worm however i would add if a persons capable of such evil towards an animal , let your lawyers no straight away as it may help

you go for custody of your kids ,

good luck x

Sorry to hear that. I agree that it is something you should let your attorney know. If you are still going through custody proceedings, it could be a factor (even if you aren't, it could still be a factor later if something comes up). As kbod mentioned, someone that would do such a thing is just spiteful and could be prone to worse acts to get back at you.

Just a tip from someone who has literally just been through the custody battle, if you are in the uk dont bring it up in court unless your solicitor insists as my ex brought up lots of 'petty' things like this and the judge laughed him out of court. It can come across like you are 'clutching at straws' as the judge said. Just smile and dont retaliate as men get a real crap bargain when it comes to kids, and us women can be vile

Report it to the Police. This definately criminal damage. They will not treat it as a mere "Domestic"

but ti gets you nowhere in court procedings, it will make you look like an idiot if you take it to court, and you could risk limiting time to see your kids, as my father learnt :(

I seriously would just bite my tongue mate, i know its awful and a vile act but......
As said it would look like your just being petty and courts will rip you to peices,,,Just walk away and act as if nothing has happened....
Be poilte and civil......Think what you want by all means but do not give them any ammo to make you look bad...... :good:
