Been there done that, i lost nearly every fish i had when i moved here, they were in holding tanks in the shed. I told the bug guy NOT to go near the shed and spray as there was live fish in there. Same thing i wasnt here when they actually sprayed and lost tanks full in the sheds, heartbroken.
Lesson learnt by me, i did not sue, but then thats me, i now do not allow any spraying while i am not home to watch them, and also tell them when i book that i have multiple tanks and that they MUST be careful and mindful of this.
