A2B Aquatics

Hello, i'm some what new to fish keeping and been going to A2B Aquatics. 
I was wondering what everyones opinion on them were, i find them helpful and dead cheap,
Bought a 1k wattage titan heater off them, amazing heater, never seen anything like it, duel control and everything.
 
Anyway with being some what new to all this i wanted see what everyone elses opinion on them were

Please keep all posts factual and dispassionate. Things which say "I hate them, all their fish are half-dead" and similar are NOT allowed. You cannot say "I don't recommend anyone buy from them". It is allowable to say "I bought a Bloggs filter from them and it only lasted 2 hours".
