Just wondering if anybody would reccomend A-Z aquatics, I am in search of some predetory fish, as i am a piranha keeper, so i would like to see some different species of piranha other than red bellies all the time. I have been to a few big local ones i.e BAS and Pier aquatics which were great if i must say, and had a huge selection of stuff. Is it worth the 1 and a half hour drive down from Liverpool? Or if somone could tell me of any other Aquatics they know of which are quite local to me (say about 50-60 miles)

Any help greatly appreciated :good:

Can let you know in a few days - was planning to go for a look on Sunday :good: . It's been recommended to me by a friend

I went at the weekend, it's a very good aquatics shop but I didn't see any piranha, (although I wasn't looking for them!)

If you do head this way there is another place called oakhanger aquatics not far away from A-Z which is worth a look (again didn't see any piranha)

Isn't just easier to call before setting off? Call and ask if they have any Piranha's which ain't red bellied type, if they do I'm sure it'll be worth a 90 minute drive.

As you've mentioned Pier Aquatics, can you tell me what you think of their stocking levels? There's been a lot of talk of massive over-stocking there and I must agree.
