A Job Well Done

I think sometimes as what I will call aquarium enthusiasts we get quite caught up in ourselves, our fish and trying to the best for them and forget that the people who work at the mail order shops or the local fish shops are people to who my be wanting to learn as much as us but do not have the ability.

I would therefore like to give credit where credit is due for a job well done. I ordered a heater, thermometer and heater guard off aquatics online yesterday afternoon at 4.00pm and they have just arrived.

Anybody else feel in a good mood and feel like complementing good service?

I'd like to thank Richard at aquaessentials...... if your a plant lover you'll know of the site and rave about it. Now I like plants and planted tanks but the science of it goes way over my head, I actually literally have no clue. However it's one of Ian's biggest hobbies and expenses and as such stuff for xmas and birthdays stuff for his tank always goes down well. On a number of occasions I've e-mailed Richard with plain daft questions about equipment and plants, he's always responded promptly and been extremley helpful and friendly. It's testament to his knowledge and customer service that I've never yet bought Ian anything from there that's wrong for his tank!

I have been using aquatics online for the past year for all of my aquarium wants and needs and have found their service to be excellent too

Its nice to have good customer service.

I can give credit to my local LFS, they have always been supportive to me and helped out. Also my local Pets @ Home have been just great. They go out there way to be so helpful and know what there on about, some times im in there over an hour and they devote that time to me. Infact when they see me coming in and heading for fish section the normal assistants zoom into me lol. There not money grabbing either, Often found them showing me just as good alternatives that save me money
