A fish in a school locker?

Push for fish in the class room and set up a tiny 10 gal. I'm betting your teacher will go for it. If you look at the cost it isn't all that much different (plus she might help you with her class room budget). But thinking back to my grade 11 year there were a hell of alot of stupid immature guys that most likely would have mess up the tank on purpose. I still have a friend sadly to say that is 19 who thinks that you can convert fish to live in beer.

Hey Danno... don't get upset at everyone for trying to help out. As you can see people in here are very passionate about their fish and are just looking out for their well-being. Fish in a locker is a pretty cool idea.. but obviously wouldn't be ideal for the little guy. Don't take any responses personally. Have fun in grade 11! That one was a very year for me! :D

im sorry i cant get all the people out of my throat since they just jumped down mine so fast
it was just an idea
Aww...c'mon....nobody jumped down your throat. They just pointed out some flaws in the idea and made some really good suggestions for you.Just because people don't think fish would be happy in a locker doesn't mean they are being unkind to you. They just want to help you see what's best for your fish.I think the fish in a classroom is a great alternative.I have one at my YMCA job and he's a very happy fish, and actually seems glad to see me when I come in because he knows I am going to feed him :p

Koda

Maybe instead you could use the idea but set up a locker at home with a power supply, but having it at home kind of ruins the point/fun in it :/ oh well save the dosh for a nice big tank at home
