Im going to be updating my 55G into a 125G tank. Right now I have 12 Rasbora Espes as the schooling fish but I was thinking something more like this.

I was thinking of doing
12 Rasbora Espes
15 lemon tetras
15 Rummy nose or Cardnals
12 zebra danios

Along with my kuhlis, kribs, cory cats, otos and pearl gourami

It would work but I would suggest instead of having 4 types of small fish reduce the number of types and increase the number of each. I think a large school (30+) of Cardinal tetras look really cool in a planted aquarium. If it were my tank I'd probably drop the lemon tetras and get either 30 rummynose or 30 cardinals instead. You have a large tank so to make a good impact you'll want a large school.

From my experience dznios don't school a lot but they are highly active and playful so only get them if that is what you are looking for. If you are looking for a tight schooling fish it won't be them.
