Hey everyone! Sooooooo we went to the pet store today (we as in me, my little sister and my dad) to get our new kitten and we decided to do some betta work as well...
I got a female for my ten gallon balloon molly tank...she loves having her picture taken and enjoys stalking the snail and eating the bubbles from the air stone sorry for the bad quality pictures, I used the crummy camera Any name ideas for her? You can't see her color very well but she is like a bubble gum pink with a few blue streaks in her caudal fin

Next up, I finally got around to a little planting in my betta tank yesterday...Mr. Klaus seems to be liking it very much...and his new snail, Koth (so named because when I got him he was on the very tippy top of the tallest decor in the tank, so King Of The Hill)

Please ignore the cup...that is just in there until I can get around to doing a moss covered coconut cave for him

Next comes my sister's tank which I just helped her with today (this tank has had nothing in it but sand for a few weeks, so we thought it was high time to do something with it, especially since it's in the living room) It is still a bit foggy because the sand was disturbed, but I will take a few more pictures when it settles down a bit...again ignore the cup...it too will be replaced with a moss covered coconut cave

And last but definately not least is Sammie's new rescue (my little sister)...She was going to originally buy one from aquabid, but she changed her mind and wanted to save a life ...so she chose this one, partly because of how beautiful he is, but also partly because he was floating on his side at the top and when we came near, he started trying to swim and show off and catch her attention...he was trying so hard it was so sad! So of course she took him home..hopefully with a lot of water changes and maybe a bit of melafix we can fix him right up and he will have a long, healthy life...These pictures I took really do no favors to him...he is a pastel light blue with streaks of pastel yellow and pink through him...DT HM I think...I think she just finished acclimating him and just popped him in his new tank, so I'll snap a few pictures when I get the chance so you can get a good look at him

I'm really sorry about all of these links...it won't let me post pictures from photobucket...maybe I'm doing it wrong? It says "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board" hmm...
Thank you all for your patience of looking through this very long post Any suggestions...about ANYTHING...are welcome...such as the aquascapes, names, how to help Sammie's betta become healthy...Thanks so much!
