I would say no, the pictus cat will eventually eat all of your livebearers, the white cloud, and possibly the betta. FreddyK said he had a pictus cat tear a krib apart!
Pictus cats get to around 6 inches and are a predatory catfish that will eat unsuspecting fish at night, I wouldn't recommend keeping a full grown pictus with any fish under 4 inches
i have a 6" pictus in my 55G with a few small fish he doesnt bug any of the fish at all but he does get picked on by my 6"+ male frontosa my front absolutley hates the pictus
in my 29G i currently have 5 kribs and 3 corys, and i think thats is near the max you seem to have a large number of fish...maybe ill add a few more have to get my community tank done first
I'm a big fan of giving territorial fish as much room as possible, so I would only put one pair (mine use the entire 25 gallon happily) but 2 pairs would work as well, they would make do with half the tank.
