Today was a day that I was not expecting: I was making accidental typos at some members. First it was Colin, then it was Essjay. I asked Colin a question on what was the best tank he has had: Firstly it was 'what was the best tank you MADE'. He said he doesn't make tanks, then I told him it was a typo. Later, I was commenting about Essjay on the site change fourm. I have accidentally called her a 'he'. I didn't know until now that it was a 'she'. Typos are everywhere in the fourm. I am trying to improve my typing skills. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Don't worry about it.

Re: me making tanks, whilst I don't make tanks now I did make a few tanks last century, but they were small (18 inches, 2ft) and I didn't make many. But I haven't made a tank for decades. So it wasn't really a mistake on your behalf.

I didn't know what sex Essjay was for the first 10 years I was here.

If you want to see a typo, and it's a beauty, read post 4 of the following link, including the picture for my typo. Nick was kind enough to screenshot it so I could never forget :) So if you do make typos (and we all do from time to time), then your in good company.

won't be long before no more "male" and "female" anyway, it will be all they/them etc.

I do that all the time... But that's one of the results of the stroke I had. The communication between my brain and fingers are not always perfect. I used to make a problem out of that. But I don't mind anymore. So, no worries if typos occur... We all do that!
My user name doesn't indicate gender so most people think I'm male :)
Oops, I was one of them...

With all the genderless names and so on that's going on nowadays... You could be right...

I always assumed you were female. This assumption wasn't based on anything really, it was just what I assumed for some reason. Then I remember a couple months back, someone referred to you as a he, and I second guessed myself. But you remained a female in my mind lol. I'm glad I was right all along! 💅

My tablet is always trying to correct my spelling and I don’t like that . There is probably a way to override that but danged if I know how to do it nor do I really want to know . Jitterbug doesn’t make an old geezer tablet so I’m stuck with Apple . Oh well , such problems huh ? I always go back and reread my posts before I hit the bombs away button . That’s a good practice anyway because sometimes I read my diatribes again and they sound stupid or insulting . Hate to get tarred and feathered .

Settings... Specifically go to keyboard settings and turn off the auto correct features

ti = typo

you can swipe down on the top of the screen?
Yah, only on mobile devices like tablets or phones though... You swipe the top down where the time, battery, and notifications are and it shows a panel

If you wanna talk about typos you can talk about my Fuplie guppies
