For some reason I earlier thought this was a much smaller tank...got it confused with another thread probably.  My apology there.  Anyway, yes, a pair will be fine in your 90g.
 
My earlier caution still stands though, about other fish; these should be comparable in size, as otherwise they will likely get eaten especially when the cichlids are spawning.  Hatchets, rams, probably even corys are out.

I wouldn't.  Kribs are only 3 (female) or 4 (male) inches, and I can see them being a meal for an 8-10 (maybe 12) inch severum.  Especially when they spawn and are extra protective.
 
On a more general note, I tend to avoid recommending combining cichlids regardless; but having said that, sometimes it can work.

Would this stocking work?

I've taken the number of angelfish down one to seven angelfish, and decided on no cories.
Soooo...

7 angels
3-4 Rams, unsure of type. Either Blue or Bolivian.
Hatchetfish, maybe 10?
Dad wants a pleco, so..

Bristlenoses seen to be the most heat tolerant. I could go for the maximum BN temparature at 80F and keep Blue Rams, or I could go with a cooler tank at 78F and keep Bolivians. I think the cooler tank the BN would appreciate, but the mom wants the glorious colors of the Blue ram. I have some convincing to do...
