really the brackish tank is my girlfriends baby, i just mix the salt, do the water changes and make sure everything works properly , she wants to have a go at posting some pics up herself under her screen name so you'll have to wait till she gets around to it.
The wood is the type usually found in pet stores that specialise in reptiles though some of the better fish stores also sell it. It is very buoyant and needs to be weighted to get it to sit properly in the tank though it should eventually sink.
The tank has 1 Gymnothorax tile moray eel, 1 toad fish, 2 columbian shark cats, 3 mono's, 1 red scat (soon to be 3) and a siamese tiger fish in it for the moment but more may be added later.
The pH is around 8 and the hardness is about 20 GH with a SG of 1.010
