well i got the mandarin 2 days ago. He is already getting fat and happy  . and today i got a orange spot shrimp goby from a friend he is also very happy.

hm it has been a while sice i updated. well all my fish are looking good. so are the corals. im going to go get a brain coral next week.

Sorry i didnt reply i have been away! If u see my journal it will become clear!

Any pics of the new arrivals then? How is the mandy doing and what are u feeding it?

mandy is still shy but im feeding the tank live copepods twice a day. and i have seen him also eat frozen brine shrimp. the orange spot goby is quite a character. he likes picking up small snails and moving them over a couple of inches away from his small den.

hmmm. ok. is there any other tangs besides those two that would perhaps look a bit better than those? i like the yellow tang but i want something a little more flashy :hey: .

Any of the following Tangs would be ok in a 75g tank. Depending on the stocking you could have upto 3 in the tank.

Achilles (Acanthurus achilles)
Atlantic Blue (A. coeruleus)
Powder Brown (A. japonicus)
Powder Blue (A. leucosternon)
Whitecheek (A. nigricans)
Convict (A. triostegus)
Indian Mimic (A. tristis)
Chevron (Ctenochaetus hawaiiensis)
Kole (C. strigosus)
Regal (Paracanthurus hepatus)
Yellow (Zebrasoma flavescens)
Scopas (Z. scopas)
Purple (Z. xanthurum)

Glad to hear you are feeding copepods - put some in at night too, to get the pod population going strong :good:
