Just for quick update, no fish yet.

I ordered 2 emperor 400's fpr my tank. And a rena 400 air pump.
Heater and thermometer. All should be here in couple of days.

I also invested in an python, filled and drain my tank twice to get used to using it, was quite simple.

This weekend with my big aquasacaping project and the beginning of my fishless cycle!

I thought not having tank is bad, but having it and not being able to use it is the worst!

But I am gonna take my time and do this right

Both my emperor 400's came today and my Rena 400 airpump!

So now its time for aquascaping time!

Then soon, Iestimate sometime this weekend, fishless cycle will begin!

Aquascaping is done. All filters, heaters, pumps etc connected and running perfect.

It is looking real good considering, this is my first tank. I am letting it run and settle until tuesday. Then I will be adding my first set of ammonia for my fishless cycle!

Should I used plants to introduce bacteria?

corys are LOVELY. they just get along by themselves and dont even seem to notice anything else in the tank. my favourites are corydoras julii. they are very cute and spotty
