Well its been over a month and a half since the last update. I don't have much to add other than its taken a lot of hours to get a initial amount of small biomass into a lot of biomass. The tank has now settled and tips along nicely without too many problems. The tennelus is very aggressive and spreads like wildfire so it constantly required its runners cut so that it doesnt out-compete the HC. The HC was also not without its problem but that has also started to cover and grow well. Small problem with water clarity but that's a result of the filter and some maintenance that is required.

Thanks for the comment, There are a few otto's and 5 shrimp. Don't often see the shrimp but they make an appearance every now and then.

I really hope that some of my tanks can end up looking even close to that!
