70kg+ Live Rock For Sale

hi mate i have the skimmer on a 5ftx24x20 so it should do fine for a 4x2x2

if your interested in rock i will do you all the rock i have which is at least 70kg for £250 i had all this in my tank and it left quite a bit of room for swimming so i think all this rock would be great in a 4x2x2 but please bare in mind this has got quite a bit of green algea on it nothing that a good clean up crew wouldnt sort out in a week or so

No equiptment yet but here is what I'v been offered:
4X2X2: £80ish
your skimmer-
Red sea skimmer £90
varriety of other tanks mostly similar to the jewel 260, some with light and externals- £80-150!
Lots of heaters-£5-35
Variety of externals-£30-80 (i'v been told not to bother with an external filter-should I?)
No lights or substrate yet.

well the light will depend on what you wish to keep do you want to keep corals if so you will need at least T5s and i would say on a 4x2x2 you would want about 4 54w T5s with this lighting you could keep just soft corals if you want hard corals or lps/sps you will need at least halides or alot of T5s ,

you will need a 300w heater for that size tank

the skimmer is you choice of the 2

filter i use a sump, unless you go down the berlin method route where you will need alot of rock you will need a external filter imho and fill it with just live rock rubble

if you buy the live rock from me i will give you enough substrate for your tank free of charge to get rid of it i also have live rock rubble for external filter which i can do for £4.50/kg

jagz, I'l get back 2 u soon...the 4X2X2 isn't gonna happen due to the cost of salted RO water down my water! Lookin at a 2ft cube or 3X2X2 instead
