7 Months Old Planted 10gal, Getting There...

Some pics of my 10gal planted tank. Went for the stem plants to begin with to help out with the algae, but kind of like the jungle look so have stuck with it. Let me know what you think!

Looks great everything is very green ..... do you use substrate and/or any form of co2?

Use play sand and nutrafin yeast/sugar co2, couple capfuls of nutrafin plant gro a week. Did use JBL proflora kit for a while but now being used on my trigon. Seems to work so left it as is!

Got 6 cardinals (a bit camera shy) and 3 amano shrimp

Absolutely beautiful! I love planted tanks but seem to have no luck with them, oh well, I'll just live vicariously through all of you.

Very nice. What tubes do you use? You have great lighting.

took out the rubbish 11w bulb and put in a 24W interpet PC T5, much better! 8) The bulb is an interpet daylight plus bulb. Gets a bit warm but does look nice

im in two minds as to leave the cardinals/shrimp in there as is, or make it a home for a dwarf puffer and a couple ottos. Any thoughts anyone?
