What is it with you people making me hungry today? First lmichelle with Lola and peanut butter, now Cane76 and escargot. Too bad they're not edible. I would know of a few things you could do with excess snails. Butter, garlic, and Olive oil figure in prominently.

LOL half my pet giant african land snails came from Brixton market, where they were being sold as food. They *are* edible, you can buy tins of shelled fulicas. Not *my* personal choice for the munchies mind you.

Well then, there you go! Now Cane76 knows what can be done with excess snails. They sell for a pretty penny, you know.
