Its hard to see, i really need to get lights over this tank. I'm waiting for my Dad to come visit, he's gonna help me make some DIY LED lights for it

I like the darkness but I guess it means you don't see enough of the fish

Through the day you see them no probs, at night not so much

Looks wonderful Alasse! Can you manage any pics of the entire setup outside? I have always wanted to try it but have been relatively "scared" of the algae blooms...

Oh, a nice little patio! Mine will probably end up in the lawn shed to keep it away from the direct sunlight, lol

In summer all the plastic sides get rolled up, so it is sunny as.....diatoms are the bane of my existence more than algae lol
