55gal

Hi all

I have a 55gal tank that is currently home to
4x snakeskin gourami
1x senegal birchir
1x common plec

Now i was wondering what else could i stock as it still seems empty.

What do you want (odballs, catfish, shoaling fish, etc)? There is an endless list of fish that you could put in that tank.

Hey

first of all, your plec will outgrow your tank I'd suggest having a bristlenose plec instead.

Then i'd suggest getting a shoal of larger fish, maybe Boesemani rainbowfish

Dont worry the common will be moved as soon as he is too big plus i already have a bristlenose only problem is he is too small to put in with my birchir so i am growing him up a bit .
I am after some oddballs for the tank not sure about the butterfly fish i see alot of them for sale but i am not sure about them.

kribensis or
blood parrrots or
Giant danios or
rainbow fish...

I'm pretty sure the cribs, danios, and ( depending on the species ) rainbow fish will be eaten by the bichir.

I know for certain that my Senegal would make short work of a Krib and Danios
