As for clean up crew, I'd wait a bit until its fully cycled and your ammonia especially is stable at 0. Are you planning on adding more LR, if so this may cause another mini cycle, so wait until you've added all your LR.
As for CUC, I was recommended a good selection from on here, seem to cover all the bases and are doing a great job!
