So how many of the ones I had in question?
Corydoras = Bottom Layer
1 Dwarf Pleco = Bottom Layer
Celebes and or Threadfin Rainbows = Middle Layer
Forktail Blue Eyes = Top Layer
Livebearer = Floaters they go everywhere
As a rough ballpark, especially as this ~183l tank has a reduced surface area because of its cube shape, you should be looking at ~90cm of adult fish (excluding tail, known as "SL") as the maximum stocking. Looking at your "wishlist" I can instantly say you have far too many fish in mind, before doing any sums...
9 Forktail Blue Eyes Rainbowfish (3 males) ~45cm
9 Celebes Rainbowfish (3 males) ~63cm
9 Threadfin Rainbowfish ~35cm
9 Dwarf Neon Rainbowfish ~45cm
10 Corydoras sterbai ~50cm
See what I mean? And that is without talking about what "dwarf plec" you have in mind that needs 24/25C somewhere in the lower end of its temperature range, plus IMO you would have to be quite careful what "livebearer" you put with most of these timid eating rainbowfish, Platties/Mollies/Swordtails would be a risk even in the bigger tank that these active/fiesty livebearers need.
This is why I suggested Forktail and Dwarf Neons earlier in the thread, 9 of each would give ~90cm of adult fish and activity through most of the tank.
