5 week pregnant guppy

Hi I have a pregnant guppy and it is been 5 weeks since she has been pregnant and she still hasn't given birth. She is staying in dark places and not coming out unless I feed her. Can you tell me why my guppy is doing this?

She might be stressed and seeks a safe place to eventually give birth away from other fish.

All my guppies used to do that.... so its normal. What, IME, isnt normal, is that she's been pregnant for 5 weeks. Mine used to give birth, and give birth again after about 3 weeks, and I've never had one that has been pregnant for more than weeks. I guess it depends on the fish....?
