5 month young tank

Well here's a pic of my tank when it was almost new about 2 weeks after i bought it.

Here it is now 5 months on, the plants are starting too grow out aswell as up (slowly)

What do you think, where can i make some more improvements?

I was running my old filter with the new filter why whats the problem, with having a ram 2 weeks after all tests showed nothing drastic?

Looking good!!

The fern type plant looks likke an umbrella fern (Selaginella sp.)? If so, don't expect it to live too log as its a bog plant and does not spen its life underwater, just a few months of the year, it does look like its grown well though.
