Not done much as have been ill again for the last 3 weeks. and it ruined my holiday.

The Tank is Ok.
Duck tape leakes a little when its cold, as the glass moves.

I am taking one of the sliding panels from the 4*2*2 and Cutting it into strips to Silicone into place.

I am going to Tear it Down in the Morning.
And Start again.

I have decided to add a 4000LPH Pond Pump i have lying around to add the extra flow i want in the new scape. Making my Own Spray Bar using Pong Hosing i have from the old ponds, and then Bending it into shape to Create a Big V shaped outlet to create max Flow in all directions. Or Make something that will do the job.

Don't think i will keep my Lillies. They are Huge and Very Mature with Very Thick Shoots. The Pads are getting out of hand i have chucked loads away after cutting them back every few days.

That 1 Bunch of Hygro that Angie gave me has spread out across the Whole Tank and Looks really Nice.
Looks awesome from above when in flow. and I like how it starts to turn red as it reaches the Surafe and will continue to grow out of the tank.

I am not going to keep much slate in the tank now. Grown Bored of it.
Going back to Bogwood and Twigs.

Then i Might creat different levels of planting. from right at the Surface Using hair Grass and Mosses.
And then Keep Stems and some of the Vallis to create Swathes of Planting.

Now, i've been privileged to see this tank up close and what an awesome tank. I could sit there for hours just watching new fish come into view. Everywhere you look there are fish you wouldnt expect to be together all co existing. If i had the room its something i'd like to copy. One day i'll convert the garage into a spare room proper. But if you get the chance to see the tank up close take it.!

Once i have finished with the rest of the orders today, still got 2 people coming round and then i am going to hoddy's for some things and to drop off the Oscars and Plants.

Now that there are 6 distinct Shoals of Fish its amamzing

The Bagrids Look mamzing drifting in the Current.
All the Rasboras have made different Shoals, But as i have so many there are 4 seperate groups. Will be adding more next pay day.

The Glass Sun Fish don't seem to swim around together much, But time will tell.

The Gouramis have already started to nest and i can hear the males serenading the females already - sounds like lots of bubbles being squirted and lots of squeaking going on.


I still have to get some decent pix of the BGK acting naturally roosting amonst the tall bunches of Vallis, All i can see is there Faces peeking out.


Will get some more pix later in the week.





OH and the Scorpion Escaped about an hour Ago, And The Missus wont go into the Consevatory untill i found it. Left the Hood Open to add more Mulch.

fixed using bracing and a another panel siliconed into place.
