Hehehe

Thanks I feel like a role model... :D

lol :D , iv sent an email to the breeder of my new fishy asking about how far inbred he is and if there were any deforitys in the spawn. hopefully she'll get back to me. im a lil worryd about inbreeding now after the argument about wuvs fish.

i also agree, i used saran wrap to cover my first breeding tank and when i unwrapped it all hell broke lose  it smelled like decomposing crap :p

but anyways i have since then use a lid which i leave about 10% open to prevent another spray from the tank

btw, the tank is looking good

i dont' know but it does, try covering ur tank right now with saran wrap ors oemthign and leave it for liek 3 days, and then take off the saran wrap and take a big sniff :p

not only is it very humid..i mean i had the lid on my tank for about a day when my friend came so i took it off and he was looking into the tank when he said "EWW IT SMELLS!"

 it was funy though :p

WHoa!

Hope that doesnt happend...Im keeping the tank temp at 79-80-81... :)

When I used to use saran wrap, I wouldn't cover it 100% completely, I always left a small part uncovered, just seemed logical to me. I got glass covers though cause I hate that saran wrap, it sticks to itself and becomes a pain in the you know what...but it did the job when I had nothing else and was better than leaving it open completely.

When do u know when Inforusia has bloomed..?

I Just wanna know..Cause I see little things swoming around but it might be algea. :*)

If it's "swimming" then it's not algae, hehe.

I don't really know to be honest, I just trust the fact that I have live plants and snails, which should equal infusoria. And I have to admit, just after my fry are free swimming and I haven't fed them yet, I can see little dark tummies, so they're eating something, must be the infusoria.

Actually, there are many forms of algae that are motile. For example, dinoflagellates are algae, and quite motile.

I'm not quite sure what "motile" means, but if you can see dinoflagellates then I want your eyeballs, as they must be microscopic eyeballs, hahaha

Seriously though, I don't think there is a mobile (is that what you meant?) type of algae that you can "see", but I may be wrong, I am by no means a marine biologist.
