Filter- Fluval 4+, possibly something else on top of that
Plants- Umm, dunno, maybe some.
Substrate- Sand

Dimensions- 48" long x 12" wide x 15" high, approx... 35g?

1.5g breeder tank inside, may use for.... dunno.

Fish-

I want to put the 6 danios in there, generally its a case of 'hopefully they're too fast to be eaten, if not, oh well'.

Delhezi Rex might be going in until I get the 48x18x18 (he's aboot 6" atm)

And thats about it. I want some largeish, interesting, unusual and unique things. Oddballs are always a bonus. So, what would you do?

Bump.....

I wonder, if I keep it empty long enough, will fish wot live in air evolve in it... hmmm...

Dimensions 122 x 30 x 38cm/48" x 12" x 15
Surface area 0.37 sqm/3.98 sq ft/ inches sq in
Volume 142 l./31 gal. (37.51 US gal.)
Probable volume 128 l./28 gal. (34 US gal.)

:D as for fish? I dont have a clue :*)

Strange height, just a couple inches shorted than a standard 40 gallon long. So 37 gallons sounds right. A bichir huh? I don't know what would go with them besides synos.

Thats a standard UK tank size.
What is the "breeder tank" like? Are you sure it isn't a filter box?

Fishwise - four Channa bleheri ;)

you could maybe keep a couple of torpedo barbs in there, they are lovely fish.

If you get a tank big enough I suggest a strange form of pleco as they look really cool when fully grown as seen on www.smithrc.f2s.com

Nope, 12" wide and 15" high is the bog standard measurement, anything else is usually hell to get. The bichir, as I said, might not be going in, it really depends on how much he grows. He's not overly active so the container he's in should do him until he grows another 2" or so.

Fessy can i be very cheeky and ask how much u payed/will pay for all that???
Well, the tank and hood were free, the rest I have yet to buy.

Nope, it's a glass ~1.5g tank that the previous owner made and siliconed inside the main tank, he used it for the baby shelldwellers. Snakeheads I'd like, I was going to try and get one bleheri for the 48x18x18 as they're awkward to get. As with most things, unless they're cichlids...

Hmm, speaking of which, I think a chubby pleco may be in order...
