Have you re-tested your ph lately? if this drops too low it can stall your cycle...
Since adding the fish food have done a gravel vac? - add food will produce ammonia,and seeing you have added ammonia could be overkill...you don't need to add food when using ammonia.
If i were you i would test the ph,do a large waterchange and with a good gravel vac just against theres still food lurking in the gravel and then re-test your ammonia to see where its at.
The waterchange wont hurt and may re-boot the cycle.
When using the prime,this is very concentrated and you only need a tiny amount,basically its a waste to double dose when theres no fish in the tank.
