If I happened to have stumbled across a 33 gallon tank someone wanted to give me, would it be possible to stock it with 9 cory catfish and 3 angelfish?

I'm confidant that it wouldn't be a bioload issue, though I do wonder how cories can hold up againced angels? There's a breeder in the area here where I could get some beautiful angels... I'd love to have a white one, a black one, and a black and white one. They're all veil tails, too. *drools*

With the little school of cories at the bottom shuffling around, it would make the PERFECT tank to have in my room.

You could gte it to work.

The angels wouldn't antagonize the coryodras, at least I don't think so.

However, if they breed in the tank and happen to be protective parents, then they might start attacking the corydoras, seeing as how they are eggeaters.

that would be a good looking aqaurium!
If I can make it work, yes.

The Cory's I have are a BEAUTIFUL variety. There's 9 in a 10 gallon right now :*) I couldn't resist the Panda cories, which is why I found myself a 33 gallon tank shortly after I purchased them. lol.

I have a panda, two albinos, one has a dark grey body with a green highlight, one has a light grey body with shimmery green scales, and 4 spotted. I really don't know true names of the varieties... I've been looking, but all I could find was the Panda, Albino and spotted. *shrug* They all school together nicely, though.

They're all under an inch, so I'm in no drastic rush to shove them into the 33gal - I want to be VERY careful about the water parameters so I don't loose anybody.

Now... I have to rearrange my room to fit it befor it gets here!
