Heres's what im thinking:

2 - dwarf chiclids
4 - tiger barbs
1 - small pleco
4 - zebra danios
3 - ghost shrimp
5 - neon tetra

are these fish evenly spaced vertically, if not where am i lacking and what can i add/remove?

you know, i can't say much about the other fish because i'm mostly a betta person (im leaning towards overstockage with your plan) but I DO know that the pleco can grow MASSIVE. and it will.

why not swap out a couple of those fish to get some otos instead of a pleco?

well i read that small plecos dont grow more than 5 or 6" sometimes less im not really sure, but thats wat i was thinkin about with my next 2 tanks :) (29 Gal and 30 Gal) (thinkin bout small plecos) i wanted the zebra pleco but when i went to the bottom of this website it was like 120.US$ so , NNNNNNNNo WWWWWWWWay

and sscamatt i would have tell you somethin about that list but im kinda newbie i thought that tiger barbs cant stay with neon tetras cuz they're smaller and tigers might be see the lil ones as food... im not sure....i'll read it right now.
and also whats the size/volume of your tank?

edited: for example theres this candy stripe pleco who grows up to 4" or a bushy nose pleco wich grows up to 4.5" (these 2 are the chepeast i saw in this webpage..) i need to go to my lps and see what kind of plecos they have write the names down and do a research

2 - dwarf chiclids
What kind?

1 - small pleco
A small plec, like a bristlenose, is fine. Just don't get a common.

4 - zebra danios
5 - neon tetra
4 - tiger barbs
Tiger barbs nip much less in larger schools than 4. If you're going to keep them, keep at least 6, preferrably more. Similarly, the danios and barbs would be more comfortable in a larger group. I would urge you to choose 2 species of schooling fish and get 6+ of each. They look better that way too.

3 - ghost shrimp
These would be, in all likelihood, food for tiger barbs (and maybe the cichlids).

Are you looking for a peaceful or semi-aggressive tank? Your choices seem to fall sorta between the two.

how about this for an updated list:

2 - dwarf chiclids (Panda Dwarf Cichlid)
6 - tiger barbs
1 - small pleco (like really small) or 3 otos
4 - zebra danios

5 - neon tetra or some other fish that you guys suggest

thanx, u guys are awesome!

as you can see i like long finned fishies :) but they cant go with tiger barbs as their long fins would really tempt them  :-(

Please do not put the long finned danio with tiger barbs. The barbs will have fun feasting on them, which is not any good for the danios. I tell ya my regular danios get along great with my tiger barbs though. I like how you have 6 now. Sounds great to me. :flex:

I would get something else instead of the barbs.

How about some black widow tetra or maybe a couple more cichilids?

I don't know if it would be an issue, but I don't think I'd personally put long fin danios and tiger barbs together.

i sed that on the bottom of my reply, hope both of u read it -_- cuz i told him, hope any of you didnt think im a fishie killer :X

sscamatt if you like long fin fishies you would like to change the tiger barbs, for somethin else as bunjiweb sed, i was going on them on my first tank, but i did a reasearch and found that it was a difenetely NO-NO put tiger barbs with long fin fishies
