this is on behalf of Zawiha,
30 gallon marine cube tank, nice and spacious set up with sand and live rock
formarly just had a anglerfish and a dwarf fuzzy lion in,
really want a fu manchu, so what could go with them in this set up? some nice tank mates

and is there a type of moray such as a snowflake, that can have this tank as its home as an interesting pet?
thanks in advance

Not too sure if a Snowflake Moray is the way to go (2+ feet), maybe a Golden Dwarf Moray? (10-12" max)

A Fu Manchu Lionfish should be fine in that set-up as it only attains a maximum length of 4", and isn't very mobile. Although, they are picky eaters, you'll find you may have trouble feeding it at first. Make sure any tank mates are 3" or above. ;)

Problem with the lion is that most of the other fish suitable to fit in that size tank are small enough to fit in the lion's mouth... I'll let you do the math on that one ;)

30gal is on the lower limit for a dwarf angel, you could do that. Also on the lower limit for a snowflake moray. The trouble is the cube design, either of those fish would do better if the tank was more rectangular as opposed to a cube.

yeah i do see the problems, i just read on the net that morays spend alot of their time coiled up so they only are active at feeding time therefore wont require the massive tankspace that the ordinary 2ft fish would.

with the fu manchu i have no clue what to put with it? what would you guys keep with it in that tank ?

You consider some small scorpionfish (such as the leaf scorpionfish) or else there are some waspfish that could go in there.

As ski said, the problem you have is finding something else that is large enough to not fit in the lion's mouth but that doesn't require lots of room.
