Would a 3.5 gallon tank be big enough for fry? Should I get a 10 gallon instead? I have a 3.5g already with heater and filter, but if I needed a 10 gallon I would need to buy everything.

Depends on the fry really.
If its like guppy fry then a 3.5 will be fine for a while, if its oscar fry when no it wont Lol.

lol It would be platys or mollys or maybe some catfish. I plan to get a 10 gallon kit later in case we can get lucky with angels. My LFS will take fish so I don't have to watch anymore fry being chomped on before my eyes.

Think the 3.5g is big enough for awhile then?

Yeah I use to put my molly fry in a 3.5 til they grew to just over an inch

Yup probably won't keep them longer then an inch anyway. Can't end up with 500 fish.. Thanks for the help!

Your welcome :)

Good luck with raising the fry!
