29 Gallon Cichlid Community

Just wondering how this would work.. I have a pretty much empty 29 gallon, I'm having trouble deciding on a stocking

I would like a combination of Rams, Keyholes, Firemouths?

I could do just Rams if I can only do one species.

I was thinking maybe 1 of each? or would they get lonely/have enough room?

I'm going to add 6 Bloodfin Tetras, possibly 2 Swordtails, and maybe a BN pleco

Suggestions would help me a lot!

I wouldn't mix firemouths with the rams or keyholes, they tend to be too boisterous/aggressive.

Depending on dimensions of the 29G you could have a pair of rams and keyholes.

I was thinking of that, I'm just not sure about ground space, as long as they don't start breeding I should be fine?

BTW my dimensions are 30 x 12

Or is there any community fish that would go well with 2 firemouths? Maybe Tiger Barbs?
