It really makes me wonder why no other shop has started importing ADA stuff as there's deffinitely a huge market out there for it.

There's a lot of healthy interest in ADA on here that's for sure. Whether or not that translates to a huge market, that I doubt at the moment. Sure, a lot of people are mentioning ADA this, ADA that (me included) but when it comes to spending the cash.........correct me of I'm wrong Richard.

ADA is for those who have a special interest in planted tanks - it's not mainstream and that is for sure. It's also geared towards the top end of the market. Most people don't see that value of ADA, and the usual remarks about it being over priced are quite common. At the same time, very few retailers specialise (unless it's the reef market) so there's a lot of bog standard shops who only sell bog standard lines.

Lots of people talk about wanting the best diffuser and they don't care about the money. But when it comes to putting their money where their mouth is, it becomes a different ball game.
