True but seeing how happier my fish are due to the plants I may be looking into heavy planting and maybe co2

Going to update this 2mro being that my plants come from steveo. May look at moving a lot of stuff about.

Well I have more plants some rocks and special sand for my planbts. Am going half gold half black sand, The black sand has things in it that help plant growth as well.

If anyone knows the IDs on the plants go for it.

This is what the tank looks like at the moment.

, and the plant on the bottom right i think is my red crypts cryptocoyne beckettii i think its spelt of the top of my head

not sure on the other ones tbh and what tetras you go for? still got the angel?

i jsut noticed those rocks ontop of the sand there haha very camouflaged and they look stunning too cant w8 to see this unfold

Long awaited update.
 
So after removing the rest of my play sand I went for just 100% black sand
 

 

 
But I couldn't work out what to do with the plants and the rocks are just annoying so I went out and bought new stones and tried again.
 

 
Am in love with these rocks but they weren't cheap.
 
So here we have it for now. I still gotta add the damn comblda or whatever it's called 
 

 
I also removed my BN and Corys due to getting Hairgrass.
