200 litre progress!

Hi guys, thought I’d just drop a few pictures sharing my progress of my first ever big tank. Finally seem to be getting somewhere with it. Still not quite happy, need to do add a lot more plants and hardscape but for now the fish are happy and my bank account needs to recover open to any ideas about where others would go with it!

Nice! What are you stocking with? Nothing looks nicer than a big chunk of twisted wood in a tank!
I was at the fish store last week and they were selling a 8-inch twig of manzanita wood for 11 dollars!

Yeah that piece of driftwood was around £55 if I remember correctly! Worth it though. Tank is currently stocked with 2 x Electric Blue Acaras, 1 Angelfish, 1 Pearl Gourami and 2 clown plecs (temporary clean up crew). Looking to finish it off with a big school of something colourful. Cardinal tetras would be a dream but would be destined for fish food. Perhaps some gold barbs or something around the 3 inch mark

Hate to say it but I find snails gross will be trying my best to keep them out. Tempted to add a couple more Pearl Gouramis but cautious of overstocking. Regarding plants, looking to go very heavy in that back right hand corner and add some foreground plants throughout, unsure what to do with the bit space on the left, don’t want to overcrowd it as I (and the fish) like the space, but want to make it look a bit more natural.
