Looks possibly like a fast developing strain of Columnaris or Cotton Mouth. You’ll need to act fast. I recommend Seachem Kanaplex and API Furan-2 used together according to package directions. You can order online or usually get them at Petsmart. Move fast as it will destroy the entire tank. I lost 11 bettas in a sorority to it.

Ok ima go first thing in the morning, do you reccomend a whole tank treatment since its already killed a betta and is getting ready to kill another.

Yes, I would treat the whole tank. If one fish has it, then they can all get it.

Bettas are not community fish, they should be kept in their own tanks due to their aggressive and territorial nature and there is a possibility that the bettas have contracted the columnaris and cotton mouth from other fish.

This could be something other than disease. The first photo to me shows damage, perhaps from the male attempting to get out of the box. No fish should ever be confined to a breeder box, except for tiny fry to grow a bit.

We also do not know the other fish in the tank. As another member already mentioned, male Bettas are not community fish. Separated in a box is not going to stop the fish from being "aggressive" though pheromones and allomones (chemical signals).

That's true. We need to know what the tank mates are, and you need to move the betta to a different tank. He can't stay in that breeder box.
