2.5gallon Mini Bow

A great HOB for a 2.5 gal is the Nano filter, it has adjustable current and whatnot.

I just ordered that filter this week. Hoping it will come in before next weekend. I've heard a lot of great things about it too - stating that it would make the water in the tank super clear. For 8 bucks? Who can argue?

Y'know what's even better than the 2.5g minibow? The 5g Minibow, which at Walmart at least isn't much more expensive. More gallonage = less frequent cleanings, safer heating, more stable temp, and plenty of exersize for your boy/gal. I have both the 2.5g and 5g, and have been very pleased with both. My only word of caution is that you might want to cut out a strip of plastic canvas to put over the hole where the filter is in the back, as I DID lose one betta to jumping from that location.
