1Ft Nano Tank Build - "leftovers"

Tis cool if he eats em, got plenty more :D

Plenty of places they can get away from though, so i think he'll just pick off the smaller shrimp

Great choice! Mighty fine fish. Full tank picture with the Finn?

Gorgeous tank and beautiful betta! Finn really sticks out :D

Bought a new internal for this tank today, what a ripper it is. AquaTopia CornerFlow 300, does from a 30litre tank upto a 100litre tank. Loving that you can turn up or down the flow, brilliant for betta tanks, and it tucks nicely into the corner. Very impressed

That sounds very lovely! I wonder if we have something like that here.

Updated pic

Finn is still going strong, he tend to hunt for baby shrimp in and behind the plants, so ya can't see him in the pic, he is however still in there lol

And a pic of his adult shrimpy friend, the adults he leaves alone :)

Glad he leaves the adults alone. The tank looks beautiful, as do the shrimp! :D

Update, pulled the plants, tidied up and as it is now

The plants (especially the moss) have again gone beserk. So i am going to pull this partially down, clean up the plants and put it back together.

There are some fish that need to move out, also need to trim down the cherry shrimp numbers while i am at it.

This tank is a shambles at the moment, it is no longer anything like the above pics. I will be doing a proper remodel of the scape shortly.

Tonight i will be rescaping this tank. It will be a clean slate job as i am wanting to put the yellow cherries in here. Everything needs to come out as there are red cherries in here currently and i dont want them and the yellows to get their groove on.

Finn will be moving to a different tank, though sadly i dot think he is long for this world :( I'm hoping a change of scenery will perk him up some

Awww Finn....... :(

I think i am going to have to euthanize Finn, he looks terrible, is not eating and just laying on the bottom, even putting a live (held in tweezers) shrimp near his mouth, he refuses :(

This tank is now rescaped ready to house the yellows.....i will start a new thread now :)
