Hey! Everyone looking for some info on a new build I'm starting. I'm been keeping fish for 6yrs now all freshwater. I recently brought a 180gal tank from Someone on F/B. I recently re-siliconed the tank getting ready to do the first water test. This is my first saltwater tank and I'm not sure what sump I should use, or how to plum the tank. All info in these area's is much needed. I've been looking at the Pro Clear Red Flex 4 in 1 sump 400 45"-14.5"-16" is this a good size for a 180 gal also looking at this maxspect jump 12k 3170 gph return pump please help this fellow reefer get started in this hobby. I will be building my own stand for this tank, I added some pics of the 180 gal that I'm want to setup and one of my previous freshwater builds where I built the stand for this 120gal. I'm really anxious to get this tank up and running so any help to get me in the right direction is truly appreciated thanks in advance.

You are defiantly doing a good start by re ceiling it. I don’t have a reef tank but the sump you are thinking about looks pretty good. It is defiantly big enough, it says up to 400 gallon. Hope more people who know what they are doing more than me come to help! 🐠
