The betta probably feels lonely without his ol' friend Buddha. I like the new scape. Is that some of the marimo balls I see?

I think it looks great. :good:
It may only be 50% done but it's sure 100% wicked.

It's so, so.........empty compared to your other tanks. It looks pretty cool for being only 50% done, I'd have to agree with Radar. Not real good with different plants yet, but what type of plants are the small and large leaf ones?

thanks

I like the white rocks, they look good next to the anubias.

The set-up with the buddha looked amazing - why'd you change it?!

It's just time for a new one :) Besides, I love the look of white sand, but I hated the maintenance  Dark gravel's more forgiving, but it wouldn't suit the Buddha scape IMHO.

The new one still looks ace though - i like the corner being the central focus of the tank - reminds me of the photo's you see on here of the marine nano's.

Whoops! Forgot the plants list...

Anubias barteri "long & sharp"
Anubias barteri "nana"
Anubias barteri "nana petite"
Christmas moss
Marimo moss

The petites are the smallest ones, the barteri long & sharp and nana are of the same size. The only difference is the leaf structure --- nanas are rounded, long & sharp are, well, long and sharp. The photo doesn't show the difference much though. The christmas moss was wrapped on the base of the anubias, it's going to take a while before they bush out.

Thanks, now I want them. I see your getting lots more feedback here than in the betta forum :good:

Creepy! He'll jump and out crawl; across the bed to get you in the night! Haha only joking!

Looking nice FK, think the leaf might be a bit big though? Or was that deliberate?

Great tank, i really would like nano tank next to my bed like that aswell :D

What type of leaf have you used because it looks nice, I may have to nick your ideas!!

That leaf will eventually start to dissolve and pollute the water  ...Won't it?

is that a maple leaf..... looks cool. and me being a newbie i had a look at your peace and war scape which may i say looked rather nice. hope you dont mind but i now have your budha as my desk top

no thank you that picture helped sway my girlfriend into letting me have a betta in our old tank

I think if you move the can so it's not so ...vertical it would look better. It doesn't look natural like that.
