Guess shes getting another tortoise hehe.
Kinda bought this tank with moneys i was gonna buy her bday gift with
so technically she could lay claim to it. Only way it be my tank is if
she gets her tort as her belated bday gift.
Still might change stock to 8 of each type including cuckoos.

Next tank might be species tank of cuckoo offspring only
Now too start convincing wife for next tank.
Nice thing bout next tank can steal media from 2 tanks to cycle

Nice choice of fish too. I think any combination of those fish would look great, with the Yellow Labs being a must. You just can't beat their colour. I personally am a big fan of the Jalo Reefs (which I noticed wasn't on the second list ) and the Cobalt Zebra's. 
 
In saying that, a Tropheus tank would look mint, a bit more pricey (here in Australia anyway) but totally worth it. My favourites are the Duboisi and Red Moliro

Yay all i got to do is get her a tort and fish choice mine!!
Now gotta convince her fish first then tort or i gotta scrounge up an extre 600 bucks

Now get 6 or 8 of each.... Want 8 but extra 2 of each will cost about 100 more...so be 350ish -460 if i get 8

30 fish or 40.... Ill have room either way to add few more. 40 fish wont be crowded i think...

The more fish the better with the Africans. Especially with the labs, they can be really aggressive toward each other so it's good to have a good number to keep them from bullying as much. Can't wait to see the finished tanks!!

where did u get the rocks from?

Bought from a local landscaping company and a few from work.
Most are from creekeye creek near the rocky mountains .
Rocks cost me under $60.
Once cycled gotta order my fishes

JUST COMPLETED 2ND SUCCESSFUL AMMONIA/NITRITE CHALLENGE ...DOSED 5PPM AMMONIA AND 22HRS LATER BOTH AMMONIA/NITRITE READINGS @0. GONNA DO 1 MORE TIME TO DOUBLE MAKE SURE IM DONE.
 
NOW FOR FISH ADDING WONT BE FOR ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS DUE TO MONEY CONSTRAINTS...BUT DOSING @1/2 STRENGTH EVERY FEW DAYS WORK OR SHOULD I ADD FULL DOSES EVERY OTHER DAY....DONY CARE REALLY AS I HAVE 3/4 GALLON OF AMMONIA I CAN USE.
 
PROLLY GET FISH THE WEEK OF 26TH AUGUST
