15 Litre, What To Stock?

yeah... I had thought of the microcrabs, don't know if I can find them though...

... will keep it in mind...

My local Maidenhead Aquatics have them in every now and again so maybe yours can order them

Sparkling Gouramis are tiny, 1.5cm absolutely tops and when you take into account the fact that they arent a fast or 'free swimming' sort of species, they just kind of bumble about, not moving much and will move from one shelter to another.

So providing layout is good (not just pebbles at the bottom but bogwood and plants or at least decor up to the top of the tank to allow them to move without feeling scared in the open) the sparkling gouramis should be just fine! (or pygmy gouramis)

celestial pearl danios

Boooorrrriiiinnngggg!! They used to be nice, until I saw them everywhere.

A bit like those red Platies really :p
:/ no body said it has to be uber rare and exciting...... danios are an excellent looking fish...

how about ember tetra in a mossy planted haven

dwarf rasboras? many to choose from :hey:

Heterandria formosa - Dwarf Livebearer

Mmm... Plenty of tasty ideas

I guess I'll have to wait for the tank, then see what is in the LFSs or what they can order, and then decide.

Just one last thing: anyone know of any crabs other than the micro crabs that would be happy in there? Even as a single specimen.

i think 3 gal is too small for a group of even borasas briggitae 15mm but they do like to swim. what about a pair of scarlet badis. very slow moving possibly evn a trio males are max 20mm an females even smaller so a max of 2 inches of fish all in all woul be perfect. they act like a tiny cichlid moving aroud with purpose and a bight red with turqoise flecks

I'd have suggested Scarlet Badis if they werent such psychotic little gits! 20L tank and a group of 3:3 and they killed each other and then the last male died for the sheer heck of it!

i have 2 males in a 100 ltr. no probs atal. hapilly b near each other and never seen and signs of aggresion.

btw mbou i should have 20 chela dadiburjori in a wk or two fingers crossed they come in.

i have got more in various other smaller tanks. just an example of two males. other tanks hav sngl males and a trio

15L and 100L is very different :good:

And ooooh great on the Chela!!! Let me know how you get on!!! B-) :D :D
