Ohh man...it's been a while huh?

There's a rush of journal updates going on, and of course, now I have to do mine as well. (Can't...help it...peer pressure ) I've been messing with the tank for a while, and now with the addition of LLJ's anubias (nanas and petite...thanks LLJ!!!), the scape is finally complete.

Yes! The Buddha's back! I filled it up with non-toxic ceramic mix so it doesn't hold stinky stagnant water inside anymore. Also added the bamboo sticks...thought it looked appropriate for a zen scape.

Anyway, I really, really like the current scape. It looks pretty for a *very low* maintenance tank. I just have to thin out the HM and cut/replant the creeping jenny once a month. I'm gonna keep it like this for a long, long while ;)

Without further ado....here are the pics.

Thought this looked cool...this is what you'd see if you "look up" at the "canopy"

Looks very nice indeed................

What is the Budha made out off????

I was going to create a Chinese landscape complete with warriors but was too scared the ornaments might contaminate the water........
