4x pseudotropheus elongatus mpanga
5x labidochromis caeruleus ( ordered 4 but gained a freebie)

going to give them a few days to settle ands then il get some pics added to the journal

yep we moved sunday . impatience got the better of me so i worked flat out to get the living room done so i could have the tank up and running again . i just couldnt face the idea of being fishless :hyper:

and no i wasnt bored , i had compatibility issues which needed addressing , hence the change , but as you can see i have very much stuck with malawis

Only pulling your leg. Yeah thats a shame, I suppose that happens alot with malawis.

SUNDAY!! LOL!!!!!!!!
lol yep as soon as ben collected the fish i sat looking at the empty tank and just couldnt bare it so i rang tony and ordered the mbuna to arrive on tuesday

Only pulling your leg. Yeah thats a shame, I suppose that happens alot with malawis.

lol its all good . the main problem was the male/female ratios . i could of added more females but it would of greatly increased the risk of interbreeding which aulonocara are quite known for . so i decided that id rehome the aulonocara and go with just mbuna . the only reason i let the existing yellow labs go was that they were an established force in the tank so i thought it would be better to include them in the sale and get more yellow labs with the new stock. this way all new fish would go in the tank equal and be less likely to be singled out / picked on while settling in .
