Hi there,
This is my journal of my planted tank. I already have a 120L comunity tank and am planning on converting it into a hi-tech setup. I will not be changing the fish in my tank; which include neon and glowlight tetras, fly foxes, otocinclus and rainbow fish. I also have varigated platies but they breed far too much so I am forced to get rid of those ( back to lfs). Anyway here is what I am planning:
Presurized co2 - Fire extinguisher method, parts off ebay.
Substrate : TetraPlant Complete Substrate, would like to know what to put on top of this.
Fertz: Dry fertelisers in powder (EI dosing)
landscaping:Midori wood
Mini landscape rock
PLants:
Glosso
Pogosteman
Anibus barteri var
Cryptocorne wendtii
Blyxa japonica
Alternanthera roseeafolia
Java Fern
I have a fluval 205, which will give sufficant turnover. My lighting, 3WPG however I may need new tubes, if you have any ideas it would be very helpful, thanks.
