I have read some other threads and some of you seem to of had some problems with the jbj 24 gallon nano. So i was wondering if any of you have had or read about any problems with this perticular 12 gallon tank. I would hate to have it fall apart and loose all my livestock and coral once it is established. any input would be appreciated, thanks Brian. :-(

im not too sure but apparently the 12 is good

I have a 12 Gallon JBJ Nano cube that I have been running for about 3 months...and have been very happy with it. I just purchased a 24 gallon JBJ Nano cube and set it up tonight. I will post my experience with it, but so far so good (fingered crossed lol)

This is my 12 gal nano cube:

I have new pics to upload soon as I have added a lot since these pics.

My 24 broke, but the 12 is not supposed too, or doesnt have that huge issue. However, the way that JBJ treated me when I was trying to get this fixed, convinced me that I will never shop with them again.

The old 12's can crack...but..the frequency is MUCH lower than the 24G. They started the glass with 12's and 6's, but, when they added the 24G model, they used the same glass thickness which is paltry at best. The new 24G 2006 model is redesigned...has thicker glass, new designed sump with surface skimmer.

Unfortunately, all old 24G NC owners (including myself) are at risk for a latent catastrophic failure. SH
