No a tank that size could comfortably house maybe 20-30, but I wouldn't do a full 50.

Haha I know... it is crazy just how big of a tank is needed to house clown loaches. They get huge but are slow growers. Nice fish but not for me even if I had a big enough tank. Only got a 5 foot 450 litre for now

I have 25 clown loaches in my 1125 liter tank... But it's bottom-area is 250cm x 75 cm (about 8,2 x 2,4)

As long as it's a 5x2 it is fine

It's a juwel rio 400 so it's not quite 2 feet wide. Just under but iv heard clown loaches get around 12 inches or so?

Biggest tank I could go to would be 6x3x3 but realistically I'm lookin at gettin a 6x2x2. That would be enough for me

I've a 5 x 1.5 x 2 ft coming. I will be buying clown loaches. I think the tank is fine for them

151x51x66... That's what my tank is in cm's. Not sure what that is in inches as iv never felt the need to check lol all I know is it's 5 foot long. Iv currently got possibly the meanest red devil cichlid ever (possible worse than my dovii was...), 2 Senegal birchirs, which to be fair don't take any messing and an orange spotted plec.

If I was to get loaches I'd have to rehome the devil. Not sure if I want to do that. Like him too much

I started thinking along the lines of my 400 litre amazon tank, only more...

What would you put in a tank that size?

i wouldn't pay that much to start with. You can get them much cheaper than that
